Pricing
- Half Day: $250
- Full Day: $400
Events before 8:00AM or after 4:00PM are subject to staff availability. $75 per additional hour outside of rental time block. The rental hours must be inclusive of time needed for set up and breakdown.
Food and Beverage
Groups are encouraged to bring beverages and snacks for their event as needed. Our hospitality bar is equipped with a limited assortment of additional beverages and light snacks. For all other food and beverage requirements, please choose from our list of preferred caterers. The renter is responsible for coordinating food and beverage service with the vendor directly. Payment
Payment is due in full 14 days prior to the facility rental date. An invoice will be sent at the time of agreement signing. All payments can be made by check or credit card to the West Coast Chamber.
Cancellation
If a cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to the scheduled function, all payments will be refunded in full. Any cancellations made beyond this date will not be refunded.
